Mortgagesoft OnLine® is equipped with a powerful reporting engine - NetQuery^TM

NetQuery offers a comprehensive suite of MIS reports across all Mortgage processes such as Loan Origination, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, Shipping, Insurance, and Servicing.

You can customize these reports to your requirements. In addition to an in-build preview functionality, the reports are portable across a host of standard office applications.

The printing module allows you top print the exact range or set of pages that you need at a time.

NetQuery^TM is well integrated and is optimized to work with the Datamart Module so it handles all report queries with little or no impact on the performance of Mortgagesoft OnLine®.

Report Generation:

Reports can be generated as Web pages, Microsoft Excel® data files, text reports, XML outputs, and industry standard reports presented as PDF documents.

• Reports generated can be centrally stored for future access. The system can export any and all data fields to a third party report writing system.
• The data warehouse has been optimized for such tasks; any and all data can be exported.
• The system has the ability to generate HMDA and other regulatory reports.

NetQuery^TM has the ability to capture all of the HMDA required data within our HMDA review screen at the loan level from which you can view/print as needed. In addition, we have a HMDA Export screen which compiles the HMDA loan data based on a start and end date that you specify and exports the data in either the standard HMDA format and/or in the HMDA in Questsoft format.
