Pipeline

When a User (Loan Officer/Broker) logs in, a loan pipeline screen is displayed. They can view all loans that they have originated or those that they have been associated with. Clicking the "Upload" button on the screen, displays the "E-Originate" screen.

You can import FNMA DU V3.2 files from your previous LOS system and merge it directly into the Wholesale Website.

Product Search

Product Search Results

This screen would give the user results that best match his criteria. The best matches are listed in ascending order. This screen will also take care of piggy option 1 & 2.

Agent Lock-In Screen

Once the agent has identified the product, the loan can be locked instantly. This screen displays pricing details for locking the loan and then gives the agent the option of locking the loan or returning back to the pipeline.
